New patients come to us in several ways
Our philosophy is to help you achieve the highest level of dental health you desire. Different patients have different needs.
Some want to address a specific concern
If you're experiencing sensitivity or discomfort in one area, we'll set you up with a 15-minute specific exam. Your dentist will focus on the area of concern and provide a diagnosis. Once you know what's happening, we'll offer treatment options that work for you.
Some want a complete picture of their oral health
If you'd like a full understanding of what's happening with your teeth and gums, a 60-minute complete oral exam is the way to go. At the end, your dentist will take you on a "Tour of Your Mouth", sharing any findings, what they mean, and your treatment options.
Tip: You can book a hygiene appointment on the same day as your complete exam. Just let us know when you call.
Some are bringing their child for the first time
The Ontario Dental Association recommends a first dental visit within 6 months of your child's first tooth. We love helping little ones start their dental journey on the right foot.
